Payment Method:100% irrevocable SBLC or L/C at sight from a top 25 prime bank plus 10% deposit.
Shipping Time:15-25 days after confirmation of L/C based on customer order
Loading Port: Lagos, Nigeria or any African country
Prospective buyers send LOI via sales@ramavoservices.com stating the product, product specification, quantity and other relevant trade terms.
Seller sends an FCO (formal corporate offer) via email stating and confirming clients order, price, product availability and terms of trade which will be included in the export contract/SPA.
Once both parties agree, seller sends SPA to Buyer and buyer returns signed SPA alongside 100% irrevocable letter of credit/Bank guarantee confirming the client has total contract value in account and is willing to trade to the seller to be received by seller’s account officer.
After vetting and authentication of proof of fund, the seller shows proof of product capability/availability,
once confirmed, the buyer pays 60% down payment of the first tranche of product order and then 40% balance payment on presentation of OSD.
The original shipping documents presented to buyer are: export license, bill of lading, certificate of origin, SGS Inspection certificate, commercial invoice and packing list.
This process is repeated until seller meets total order/demand of buyer.
